How long does it take to process an order?

Once your order is received, it will typically ship out within 1-2 business days. We make every effort to fulfill all orders in a timely manner. Our staff works Monday-Friday to ensure your order is fulfilled in the given time frame.


What shipping options are offered?

Most of our orders are shipped via USPS if they are under $300 USD or if they are being sent internationally. Orders over $300 USD are shipped through UPS. If you need your order to be shipped through a specific carrier other than USPS or UPS, contact us by email or phone and we can arrange a shipping quote for you.


How long does it take to ship an order?

Our office is located in Buffalo, NY and shipping times will vary based on a few different factors. Most orders will take between 3 and 7 business days to arrive, depending on your location. International orders may take longer than 7 days to arrive, as they may become stuck in customs offices or experience other shipping delays.


How can I track my order?

We provide tracking numbers with all of our orders, regardless of which shipping option is chosen. You should receive an email with your tracking number once the order is fulfilled. Follow the tracking number to either the USPS or UPS website to view tracking information.
