ABOUT THIS PRODUCT
Mercedes-Benz OEM rubber isolator bumper and air filter housing mount. Designed to support the heavy plastic or metal air cleaner assembly on the engine block, this small elastomeric buffer dampens engine vibration and prevents harsh movement from cracking the air box housing or loosening intake connections over time.
This specific mounting buffer spans an extensive era of classic V8-powered Mercedes-Benz models across three iconic chassis lines spanning from 1971 through 1991. It is utilized across the entire R107 SL Roadster lineup (including the 350SL, 380SL, 420SL, 450SL, 500SL, and 560SL), the fixed-roof C107 SLC Coupe series (from the 350SLC through the 500SLC), as well as the flagship W126 sedan and C126 SEC coupe models (comprising the 380, 420, 500, and 560 variants). Over time, these rubber buffers dry rot, compress, or tear, making replacement necessary to restore factory panel gaps and eliminate ambient body noise.

International orders are typically shipped with USPS. There are three options for international shipping:
- USPS First Class*
- USPS Priority International
- USPS Priority Express International
*We strive to ship all of our orders as soon as possible. Most packages will ship the same day, and weekend orders will ship on Monday morning. Please note that due to the different country postal systems involved with the shipping, expect any First Class shipment to take an average of 3 weeks. These packages are not trackable once they leave the United States.
It would be the responsibility of the buyer to pay any customs or duty charges. It is helpful if you include a contact number and email address to your order so you can be contacted with any issues.
We would be happy to assist with any delivery issues but it is usually best to contact your country's postal system.

Any of our Classic Trim Parts manufactured products come with a lifetime guarantee from cracking. In the case that a part you have ordered from us is broken or defective, please contact us in order to request a replacement.
If you have ordered the wrong color in any of our Classic Trim Parts branded parts, you are eligible for an exchange to receive the correct color. If you are unsure if you have selected the proper color, ensure that you fill out the form at checkout asking for the year and model of your vehicle. This is helpful to us when assuring you receive the correct color for your vehicle.
