This W124 / A124 Vacuum Actuator Repair Kit is an aftermarket climate control rebuild solution designed for the automatic climate control (ACC) system in Mercedes-Benz 124-chassis models. Located behind the dashboard trim and HVAC housing, it allows vehicle owners to rebuild the factory vacuum pods that control cabin airflow redirection across the center vents, defroster, footwell, and fresh air flaps. By replacing only the failed internal diaphragms, this kit restores complete vacuum seal integrity without requiring expensive or discontinued pod assemblies.
This specific repair kit is tailored for mid-1980s through mid-1990s Mercedes-Benz 124-chassis models equipped with factory automatic climate control. It is compatible with W124 sedans, S124 station wagons, C124 coupes, and A124 cabriolets (such as the 300E, 300D, 300CE, E300, E320, and E500). Over time, the original rubber diaphragms inside the factory pods dry out, crack, and fail, causing vacuum leaks that leave air flaps unresponsive or stuck in default positions, requiring a diaphragm refresh to restore full climate control system functionality.

International orders are typically shipped with USPS. There are three options for international shipping:

- USPS Priority International
- USPS Priority Express International
*We strive to ship all of our orders as soon as possible. Most packages will ship the same day, and weekend orders will ship on Monday morning. Please note that due to the different country postal systems involved with the shipping, expect any First Class shipment to take an average of 3 weeks. These packages are not trackable once they leave the United States.
It would be the responsibility of the buyer to pay any customs or duty charges. It is helpful if you include a contact number and email address to your order so you can be contacted with any issues.
